The depicted bar chart reveals statistics about consumption behaviors for tea and coffee in five different cities in Australia.
Overall, it is apparently observed from the chart that in exception for Adelaide, the vast majority of people tended to go to cafes for these two beverages. In addition to that, purchasing fresh coffee seemed to be inferior in comparison with the other habits in all five cities.
In Sydney, the proportion of going to cafes accounted for over 60%, more approximately 15% than purchasing fresh and instant coffee. Whereas, the highest rate was recorded in Melbourne, which stayed at nearly 65% of residents who went to cafe. It was followed by buying instant coffee at 53% and fresh coffee at 44%, respectively.
Turning to Brisbane, over 55% of people going to cafe and 53% purchasing for instant coffee, whilst the data of fresh coffee was recorded as two-third compared with the aforementioned habits. Adelaide was the only city which buying instant coffee accounted for the highest at 50%, but it was followed closely by going to cafe with just less than 1%. Given the last city, approximately 63% of Hobart residents often go to cafe, whereas only 55% buying instant coffee, and nearly 40% purchasing fresh coffee, respectively.
