2. ask the teacher about her teaching experience and methods
3. and suggest a possible schedule for the lessons.
Dear Sir,
I am Lima parent of Asha who is studying grade 5 in your school at king street road, Pune. I am writing this letter to request you to take some additional classes for my daughter in the Hindi language as she is getting fewer marks from the last 2 term monthly exams.
As you were aware we are from the south part of India and our mother tongue is Telugu. At home, we speak either Telugu or English so he is not much aware of the Hindi language. Due to this, we need your help in teaching writing essays in Hindi. Please let us know about your Hindi teaching experience and I would like to the way you follow while teaching. While I can cross-check with my daughter your mode of teaching will match with her expectation or not?
We prefer the classes two days in the weekend morning session around 9 am till 12 pm. As weekdays busy with school work and homework so prefer weekends.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convince. Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.
Yours sincerely,
Lima
