The pie charts show the information about the result of a question sheet that asked the Parkway hotel's guests how they rated the customer service. The same survey form was given to 100 visitors in the years 2005 and 2010. Overall, it can be seen that the hotel's service has improved over the period of 5 years.
In 2005, more than half of the guests of the Parkway hotel were satisfied 45%, while 21% of the total number of visitors found the service poor. Moreover, 15% of the hotel's guests rated the service very poor, and only 5% had found the hotel service excellent in addition to this, people who rated good were 14%.
While in 2010, 17% of the people who stayed in the hotel have been satisfied with the service, also, 28% of them considered client service excellence. Besides, 39% of people counted the whole service good. Finally, individuals who have rated the hotel poor and very poor were just 12% and 4%, respectively.
