Dear Mr. James,
My name is Omer. Me, my wife and our two daughters have moved from Melbourne to your next property in last week. My wife who is student in RMIT and daughters who are students in primary school are going to their schools every weekday morning noisy, perhaps you noticed them.
We intend to meet our neighbours. That’s why we are planning to organise a party in our backyard next week. We would like to invite you. Other participants are some of our relatives, friends and neighbours as well. Party going to commence with cocktail. It is a good chance to know each together. Dinner will be served before the afterwards. Also, the party will include little movie and music show to our children. We thought that they will have a good time. However, I am worried due to music show create noise. I apologise for any inconvenience in advance.
I am looking forward to your visit.
Yours Sincerely
Omer Otcu
