Dear Mr. James,

I am student of your IELTS class which is onsite part-time evening course. I am writing to inform you regarding my work situation. As you know, I work for a global IT company. I have assigned important project and my company demands me to move to China end of this month for a few months or more. I have to comply their demands. Due to my moving to abroad, I could not to continue my education class for a while. Completing this class have a crucial importance for my English skills. However, the completing of the course seems impossible for this year.
Hence, if possible, I would like to attend to another IELTS class at next semester. Due to finishing my project, I will be able to more focus to my improving English Skill.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
