Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
People who develop many different skills are more successful than people who focus on one skill only.
By and large, human beings are perpetually seeking techniques to explore and cultivate their skills. Referring to that, the selection between various abilities to grow can be a baffling question for them. As a result, some people believe that it may be a better idea to focus on one skill, instead of attempting to develop multiple skills at the same time. I can not agree more with this idea and two reasons I elaborately discussed in the following help the substantiation of my perspective.
For the first reason, my contention is that people who concentrate on one skill are more likely to be productive because they can put more effort into the selected talent and gain expertise. It is a widely acknowledged fact that prosperity is a result of consistency. So, people who spend an extensive amount of time practicing a skill eventually become masters of that particular field. For instance, as the results of research performed on the greatest contemporary artists depict, almost all of them corroborate that long-time deliberate practice has the most prominent role in their growth. Had not these people chosen to disregard other skills, they would not have enough time to strengthen their picked ones by hard effort.
Another equally important reason that portrays the significance of focusing on one skill is that it can facilitate the endeavours of people in finding a well-paid job that guarantees their future,. sinceThe more time people put into a profession, the more proficient they will be. Generally speaking, our lives are too short to be used in experiencing different fields. Thus, spending time on a varied range of skills can be a kind of trial-and-error and may lead to an immense waste of time. In other words, as we enlarge the boundaries of our examinations and start to try new fields, the possibility of failure increases. Adding to that, in this hectic world we currently live in, vocations are hugely demanding for highly skilled people who are experts in their field.
In conclusion, what this essay boils down to is that in a world full of distractions, focus can be the key element that helps people foster their abilities and make a more promising future for themselves.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
