Your local bookshop has invited members of the public to recommend a guest speaker for an upcoming event that will include a series of talks from well-known people.
Write an e-mail to the bookshop. In your e-mail:
• suggest a speaker
• say what they would contribute to the event
• explain why other people would be interested too
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter in response to your invitation to recommended a well-known speaker for an upcoming event that includes a series of talks with famous book writers. And, I hope that I could share some valuable names of speakers who could make this event interesting with their speech and experience.
After considering some options, I have come to think that one of the famous global writers Dale Carnegie can share an interesting talk on the importance of relationships in an individual's life. I believe you would have heard about his famous book which is " How to Win Friends and Influence with other people ". This book was the best-selling book when it came in the market and with such effect, I think it bring some true value about the importance of people in our lives when it comes to family, friends, and others. Thus, this would be a choice to invite Dale to the upcoming event to share a small talk about his experience and the importance of relationships.
His contribution would be knowledgeable to our local community since our town is not becoming friendly after the horrible incident of murder case past three weeks. People could help each other in dark times during the night because they will learn about humanity and preserve the best kind of it. Besides, the people will take interest in Dale's talk because of his famous book and stories which he has written about his life experiences with different cultures while he was traveling around the world. I hope that I am able to provide the best author of today's kind for this coming event to share the value of relations among the general public.
I am looking forward to hearing the best choice of the speaker with your's and public decision.
Yours faithfully,
Shain
