The process of making bricks for industrial building are demonstrated by the diagram. Overall, clay ought to overcome seven important stages to become bricks; commencing with taking clay from minings and ending by transportation stage.
In the first stage, by using the digger, original clay is collected and ready to transit to the next step. Secondly, those clay is handled automatically by being run on the metal grid which crashes them into the smaller pieces. On the final stage of shaping, it is mixed with reasonable rate of sand and water, and the results are going to be put in the mould or cut by the wire cutter. And we obtain the basic ones for the next steps.
In the fourth stage, bricks are laid in the oven in order to drying around one to two days. After that, those bricks are moved to the heated term when they are heated with the former temperature about (200 to 980 degrees), then the high temperature up to 1300 degrees. In the flowing stages, the bricks are made cool and it will be packaged after that. Eventually, it is delivered to another place.
