Analysing the picture of 2010, City Hospital was located in the northern part of the map with circular ring road. Enterence of the hospital was taken out from the city road by construction of the hospital road. There were six bus stop exist on both sides of the hospital road before the crossing of city road. Eastern side of the hospital road was provided for the car parking of individuals and staff members.
After a three year of time period some changes had been observed. Public car park was seperated out from mixed car park on the east side of hospital. Two new roundabout was made at the both end of the hospital road. Following this both circle, Bus station was built in between the city road and hosptal on the opposite of staff car park.
