The bar chart gives information about the motivation to succeed based on a young professionals group from 20 to 30 years old.
Looking from an overall perspective, personal satisfaction and ambition were two primary factors for those people to pursue success. Other factors reached more than 20%.
As the chart portrays, 80% of those people were motivated by personal satisfaction or ambition, while 70% cited family pressure as their incentive. The figure for pressure from society contributed to 10%. It is noticing that there was a similar level of people were pushed to succeed by rivalry and desire for material things at 50% each reason.
On the other hand, about 45% of those people's encouragement was money, which closed to peers pressure at 1-2% lower. The top two lowest proportion was associated with fear of failure and envy at 25% and 30%, respectively. In addition, the percentage of surveyed who were motivated to achieve by feeling inadequate took a significant ratio of 32%.
