The line graph illustrates the data of consumption of fuel in the USA between 1980 to 2030.
At the start of the period, people consumed Petrol/Oil, Coal and Natural Gases, 35, 16 and 15 quadrillion per unit, respectively. Other energy sources like, Nuclear, solar and hydropower was reported 4 quadrillion units.
In 1990, nuclear consumption was reported at 4 quadrillion units and slightly increased by 7 quadrillion units in 2030. Followed by, solar energy, with significant fluctuations reached at 5 quadrillion units. In contrast, hydropower energy, with slight fluctuations, remained at the same number by the year of 2030.
However, biggest change was seen in petrol and oil consumption. In 1980, it is reported 35 quadrillion unit and it kept increasing over the years, finishing at the highest level of all the power sources, around 45 quadrillion units.
Natural gases and Coal reported the second and third highest consumption units in the USA in 1980, by 20 and 15 quadrillion unit, respectively. Despite, the second highest unit, natural gases consumption experienced dropping in the number of fuel consumption, in 2030. On the other hand, with the gradual increase in the number, Coal became the second highest energy for consumption.
