The diagram illustrates that the linear process of producing fresh orange juice
Overall, it can be seen that there are divided into 17 steps which can be sorted into 3 main stages. Starting from the collection of ripe oranges, delivering these raw products to the process in the factory and ending with launching the finished products in the market.
Initially, fresh oranges will be harvesting and transported to the factory where is producing. In this place, wash oranges are conducted in its machines to eliminate dirty. After that, on the conveyor belt to put it into the extraction machine are pressed into fresh juice and waste solid which in feed for animals. It is pointed out the fresh juice is either packaged to take it into the shop or delivered by refrigerator truck for the following steps.
In the next steps, evaporation is carried out to separate to concentrate juice and removing water. After storing in a metal can, it is transporting to the warehouse for stocking in this place. As required, it then proceeds to the third factory where it is mixed up to water in order to compatible orange juice and is once packed again to dispatch to the shop.
