The bar chart provides information about the amount of produced and consumpted electricity in first ten countries in 2014 . All the numbers are given in billion kWH.
Overall, as we can see from bar chart, china and united states, two great industrial cities around the world, are by far higher in consumption and production during 2014. Also, the difference between consumption and production in Russia and Korea. Rep is less than rest of the given countries.
To begin with, US and china were the biggest producers with 5398 and 4099 kw per hour, respectively. While Russia , the third biggest producer, generated 1057 kwh following by japan and India which had produced 936.2 and 871 kw for and hour.
In terms of consumption pattern, all countries had higher rate of production compared to consumption with an exception of Germany. To elaborate more, China, Us and Russia ,the third biggest consumers ,used 5322,3866 and 1038 kw per hour. There were followed by Japan, India, Canada, and France with consumption rate accounted for 1,2,3 and 4 respectively. Additionally, the remaining countries including Brazil, Germany and Republic of Korea used less than 530 kw per hour.
