The diagram shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane.
They given graph illustrates how sugar is made of sugarcane. Overall, it can be seen that the process of producing sugar consist of seven main stages including growing, harvesting, crushing, Purifyingng juice, evaporator, centrifuge, and drying and cooling.
To begin with, to get sugar requires multiple phases starting with growing the sugar cane that takes 12 to 18 months. After that there is the harvesting stage which can be done by humans or a special machine. Then the crushing stage comes where the sugar canes go through the crushing machine and end up as juice.
Moreover, the Juice that was collected from crushing machine needs to purify utilizing limestone filter so that it can go through the evaporator with using some heat to become syrup. Followed by, the centrifuge process when there is the separation of sugar crystals from the syrup before it is sent to drying and cooling stage. Finally, the sugar is ready for multiple usages.
