You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned
home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:
● Explain the importance of the papers
● tell them where you think you have forgotten them
● suggest a solution
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have left some key documents at your hotel this weekend. As I have attended the Annual Academia Meet, conducted by Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, where I presented the annual report of my college, since I was the representative. Hurriedly I forgot my report file over there.
Since these official papers are highly important, which not only contain the auditory information of my institute, but it also has some other crucial details, which I have to resubmit in my college. If I fail in resubmission, I will probably be fired from my job.
Although I was sitting on seat number five in the first row, I clearly remember that I left my file in the reception area during check out. The cover of my file is black with the name of Global Degree College.
I would be grateful if you could check your reception area in search of my file. It would be of great help to me if you could call me on my personal number +91 98765 43210 as soon as you find it.
I am eagerly looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Daljeet kaur
