Dear Neighbors,
I am writing this letter regarding the accident that recently happened in the underground parking. To avoid similar accidents in the future, we need to collaborate.
Let me shortly write about what happened. Monday morning, when I went to the parking to take my car, I realized a side window of the car had been broken, and some items had been missed. According to police, this neighbourhood is crowded in which many homeless people are living on the streets. Thereby, in cold weather like these days, they are looking for places like underground parking to sneak in and keep themselves warm. Referring to the police officer I talked to, this is an everyday occurrence accident in this area. Thus, we need to keep strangers away from the parking area.
In this regard, I have a few suggestions that may help us to solve this issue. As it takes time that the parking door gets closed automatically, most of the time, when we leave, it remains open for a while. As a result, others can easily get in. Thus, I suggest installing a remote control door closer system that would let us close the door by remote control right after leaving the parking. Second, as this is private parking, if you see a stranger person, it is better to ask them to leave.
To discuss this issue and possible solutions, I suggest having a meeting ASAP. I would be free on Thursday and Friday evenings. Please let me know what time will work for you to schedule a gathering.
I am looking forward to hearing from you,
Yours Faithfully,
Masoud
