The proposed area A will be in the northern residential area and very close to the traffic-free zone. It also in line with railway which make it easier to be accessed. In addition, this area is the nearest place to the neighbor city Hampford (15 km away) that have 30.000 inhabitants. However, it is also next to the industrial area so that many considerations should be taken into account. Regarding the site B, it will be located in the northeast countryside across the motorway that relatively far from residential area.
Finally, the last proposed area is site C that situated immediately in the southern rural area but still can be accessed by railway and adjacent to the residential zone. However, it is close to the bigger industrial area.
