Overall, in the bar chart, adult males were the highest while adult females were the lowest every year. Parallel to that, in the pie chart the percentage of university qualification was the highest for both years while the rate of primary school qualification was the lowest in the two periods.
For the bar chart, adult males tended to have strong and significant increases for five consecutive years. From 2000 to 2002, they increased by 0.5% and continued to increase by 0.5% in 2004. The number of male learners increased by 2% in 2008 and rose by 1% at the end of this period. While for adult females, they had to level up for the next three years. However, from 2004 to 2008 there was a change and the number of female learners increased by approximately 1%, and in the final year the percentage of female learners was not significant only increased by 0.5%.
For the pie chart, in 2000 the rate of university qualification accounted for only 8.3% and continued to increase by 24.63% in 2010. Conversely, in 2010, the percentage of primary school graduates decreased by approximately 23.67% from 25.77% to 2.1%.
