The above chart gives information about the results of a survey showing the reasons for the adults to decide study and sharing of the cost of the adult education.
The above chart clearly shows that the main reason for the adults to decide study is the interest in subjects and to gain qualification which contributes 40% and 38% respectively. While 22% adults decide to study because they think that it may be helpful for their current job, 20% to improve chances of promotion and 20% to enjoy learning. Only 12% study to change their job and rest 9% to meet people. The pie chart provides information about sharing of the cost for adult education. A large amount of share is contributed by individual which is 40%, 35% cost is shared by employee and rest 25% by taxpayers.
Thus, the chart clearly depicts that the reason for the adult education is largely due to the interest in the subject and to gain higher qualification. While large amount of cost is shared by the individual for adult education.
