The mentioned pie charts illustrate the data about the three different age groups of Yemen and Italy in 2000 and estimation after 50 years.
Overall, as is represented by the pie charts, in Yemen children had the highest ratio in 2000 but after 50 years the first place will be taken by 15-59 age groups whereas old people will have the lowest figure as before. Similarly, in Italy 15-59 years had accounted more than half of population while old people had the lowest ratio and this will remain the lowest in future also.
It is clear from the charts that in 2000 had the highest ratio (50.1%) followed by 15-59 group and 60+ people had the lowest figure of only 3.6% .However, it is forecasted that 15-59 age group will account more than half of population (57.3%) while slight decrement will be noticed in 0-14 group from 50.1% to 37.0% . Although, the rate of 60+ will increase steadily from 3.6% to 5.7% it will remain the lowest ratio.
Likewise, in Italy, 15-59 had figure of 61.6% which will considerably decrease to 46.2%. However, the ratio of 60+ accounted for 24.1% which will sharply increase up to 42.3%. In addition, 60+ years age group had proportion of 14.3% which is going to steadily decrease and will reach 11.5% in future.
