People s attitudes are determined more by their immediate situation or surroundings than by society as a whole

I strongly agree with the above statement,Because in toward world people who are really rich don’t even care about the poor people that’s shows the attitude around them as they are in a comfortable situation in life their attitude towards poor people is very poor.
even in some multinational company the people with higher position in the company don’t treat their employees that good this shows the person who is the higher position thinks that I have the job the employees in my hand and they have to do what I say so their become arrogant towards them so I agree people's attitudes are determined more by their immediate situation or surroundings than by society as a whole.
