The first graph represents the reasons for study according to the student's age from under 26 years old to over 49 years old. It is either for career or their own interest. The second graph represents the number of employee received employee support such as time off and supporting financially, according to the age group.
In the first graph, overall there is a decreasing trend in the number of students studying for career, whereas the number of students studying for interest has shown an increasing trend as the age group moves up. Students under 26 years old are focusing on their interest, with 80 students on career and 10 student on interest. As the age group moves up to 26-29 and 30-39 years old, students with reason of career decreased by 10 and 12 students respectively while students with reason of interest went up by 5 and 10 students respectively. In the age group of 40-49 years old, both reasons have a same figure of 40 students, then 70 students over 49 years old chose to satisfy their interest and only 18 chose career.
The second graph shows a trough in the age group 30-39 years old. There are 63 employees who are under 15 years old being supported by their employers. It continues to decrease as the age group moves up to 30-39 years old with only 35 supported employees. From this age group onward, it climbed back up and increased to 45 supported employees aged over 49 years old.
