The 2 box charts depict the study motivations of students from various age groups, and the amount of payment they want to receive respectively. Overall, it is evident that people who aged less than 26 are higher in both career motivation and wage demands. The older age groups does not demand much money and mostly study for interest.
The bar chart depicts that the career interest of the students start to decline the older the students are. Compared to the other age groups, people between age 30 to 39 demands the lowest amount of wages with only around 30%. Although, people over 40 years old started to demand higher payment. To the contrary, the under 26 wants the most payment compared to other age groups with having around 60%.
Around 70% of over 49 years old students study for their interest. While the younger groups study for career and the older groups study for interest, students aged 40 to 49 study for both of them equally with around 40% each. 80% of the under 26 age group study for their career which is the highest percentage in the chart.
