The bar chart below the number of students who chose certain university subjects in 2005. Overall, the number of students choosing majors is very diverse. In which, those subjects such as Social sciences, Language and The Arts attract more female students than male students. In detail, the Social Sciences subject was chosen highly by female students (approximately 25,000 people, while male students only accounted for about 15,000 people). Besides, Language subject is equally high. The number of female students choosing this subject is outstandingly high (nearly 18,000 people, compared with nearly 2 thousand male students). On the other hand, for male students, the selection focuses mainly on subjects such as Sciences, Mathematics, Litterateur and Law. With over 20,000 people, Sciences has the highest number of male students in the subjects chosen by male students, while female students in this subject only account for about 10,000 people. Next is Mathematics. This subject also has more males than females. and even the other two subjects, Litterateur and Law, the same goes for when the number of male students selected for the two subjects is 15,000 and 10,000 respectively. Meanwhile, female students in this subject group are quite low. Only now did I realize that perhaps male students like intellectual thinking more than female students, while female students prefer social activities as well as art, so there is a division as shown in the diagram. this.
