To begin with, 1995 to 2005 witnessed a remarkable growth in which initially, it stood at more than a half and achieved at just below seven-tenths. Furthermore, the amount of females employment in Switzerland is higher rather than the other countries, which made up approximately at well below two-thirds over the following years.
