The figure elucidates amount of two genders of playing sports in an English town in 2012. At first glance, it is evident that in comparing to women, the number of males who played sports in 4 categories is higher rather than females.

To begin with the number of males, there was a dramatic range in between males and females who played football in which males are two times higher than the total of females who played it. Furthermore, it is also occurred for tennis and cycling where men are roughly 12% higher than women for tennis and approximately 15 in 100 higher than females for cycling. Nevertheless, hockey witnessed a small range in between these two genders in which females are still lower than males.

In contrast, females were higher in the other two sports instead of males. In badminton, women, which was at four-tenths, was significantly higher rather than men, which made up at 30%.
