Overall, quality-newspaper is the most popular type of publications, and most female students read it, whereas most male counterparts prefer tabloids. Moreover, most university students from two groups focus on studying.
Quality is the most preferred source of information with two genders, with nearly 160 students in total. The second-ranked source belongs to tabloids, with about 150 readers in total. Moreover, male tabloids and comics readers approximately double that of females, but non-fiction male readers almost halved the number of the opposite gender readers. As regards journals, fiction and magazines are the ranges of publication that have small gaps between readers from both genders.
Most female and male students spend time studying, with 60% and 45%, respectively. However, female students devote just 10% of their time to sports, which ranks second for males (25%). The same pattern also repeats with socializing, with just 10% for females. Male students use equal time for socializing and working (15%), whereas 20% of time is devoted to working for females.
