Overall, it is noticeable that the number of incidents caused by robbers was the lowest in the period. Additionally, while the numbers of car thefts and robberies saw a slight rise, there was a significant decrease in the number of burglaries.
In terms of incidents caused by burglary, in 2003, the number of burglaries was the highest at nearly 3500 cases. In 2004, the number of burglaries reached a peak at 3750 before falling dramatically to 1250 cases in 2008. One year later, the number of burglaries increased moderately to nearly 1490 cases and remained constant at the same number of incidents at the end of the period.
As for the cases caused by car theft and robbery, in 2003, the number of robberies was the lowest at nearly 500 cases. After rising to 900 in 2005, the incidence of robbery has fluctuated between 500 and 1000 during the period. In contrast, the number of incidents caused by car theft remained stable at nearly 3000 incidents from 2003 to 2005. One year later, the number of car thefts experienced a slight fall to 2000 incidents before rising to 2750 cases at the end of the period.
