This bar chart compares the figures for male and female learners participating in several art-related fields from Linguistics to Communication and Media Stud at a UK university in 2011.
This chart displays that females were more in the quantity of almost subjects than males, except Art and Design. Besides, English language and Literature were most common subjects of both male and female students.
Specifically, woman learners were most interested in English language and literature taking up exactly 250 students. İn Linguistics, Communication and Media Stud they were around 240 and 230 students.
By contrast, History and Archeology and Philosophy seemed to be not attractive to both male and females. However, in Philosophy student statistic of male were nearly three times lower than female that stayed at the bottom of the list with aproximately 50 people. İn art and Design the male students overtook females in the number of participations by more or less 20 students.
