The given graph and column chart reveals information about nation's export earnings and change in percentiles during 2015 to 2016 within several categories.
To began with, earnings of petroleum products were 61 billion dollars in 2015 which went up by 3% the following year and 64 billion dollars(approx) were earned in 2016. The business of 55 billion currency was done through exporting engineering products which was second highest during the period, however, maintaining its second spot, engineering goods jumped to the sale of 63 billion dollars nearly (slightly less than petroleum products), however, it showed increment of nearly three times more than petroleum products.
Gems and jewellery was the only category listed whose shares went down. In 2015, 43 billion dollars earned by exporting it while in the next year, it slumped to 41 billion dollar nearly by the loss of 5.18 percentile. Agricultural products earnings throght export changed barely with a margin of 0.81% only, reporting sales to 32 billion dollars to nearly 33 billion dollars within one year. Additionally, textiles industry expanded their business beautifully during the given period by showing the growth rate of 15.24 percentile, the figures from 26 billion dollars in 2015 skyrocketed to 32 billion dollars in 2016.
Overall, it is crystal clear that textiles steal the show by getting success in short span of time, meanwhile, petroleum industry was always the top earner.
