Overall, the presence of sodium and saturated fats are the highest in dinner whereas presence of added sugar is the highest in snacks. However, in breakfast meal, all the three nutrients are the lowest.
In lunch meal, both sodium and saturated fats share almost same level in lunch, which are at 29% and 26% respectively. However, the amount of sugar in lunch is adequate. While snacks and breakfast contain same amount of sodium, the added sugar's presence is quite different in snacks and breakfast, which are at 42% and 16% respectively.
Although lunch contains significant amount of sodium, at 29%, and saturated fats, at 26%, dinner have both the nutrients at the highest level (sodium at 43% and saturated fat at 37%). Moreover, the added sugar is also higher in dinner compare to lunch.
