The given graph shows the average percentages in daily meals of three types of nutrients in USA, which are sodium, saturated fat, added sugar.

In general, it is significant difference between three types of meal. While sodium and saturated fat can be found a lot in dinner, snack contains more added sugar. It is also worth to note that the percentages of three nutrients in breakfast is similar and very little compare to other meals.

Regarding the sodium and saturated fat charts, there is similar pattern in two charts. Specifically, the percentage of sodium and saturated fat comes top of the list, 43% for the former, 37% for the latter. Following the dinner, lunch is the second meal contain most sodium and saturated fat, which is 29% and 26%. Breakfast and snack is added the same percentage of sodium, about 14%. The percentage of saturated fat in snack is slightly more than the breakfast about 5%.

About the added sugar, different from two other nutrients, it can be found the most in snack, at 42%. Dinner contained half of the percentage of added sugar in dinner, at 23%, followed by lunch, whose ingredients has 19% added sugar. As similar as saturated fat, 16% of nutrients in breakfast are added sugar.
