The tables illustrate the proportion of men and women employees in distinctive range of ages in 1984,2001 and 2014. Overall, men and women who are between 35-44 were employed mostly in 3 years while those from 60-64 accounted for the least.
According to the given tables, it is obvious that the percentage of 35-44 men peak the highest point for nearly 100% in succession. However, the propotion of male from 15-19 years old decreased after 2 initial years with same number. In constrast, the number of men between 60 and 64 followed the upward trend with approximately 10% increased in 2014.
Looking closer to the detail, the number of female workers who are 15-19 was a bit higher than 2 other age group. Unfortunately, this number reduced 30 years later. Contrary to it, the proportion of women employees from rose considerably from nearly 60% to under 80% after 30 years. The most dramatic improvement was workers from 60-64 with only under 20% in 1984 then increased to more than 40% in 2014. Nevertheless, this age group still accounted for lower percentage than others.
