In general, the quality of customer service of this hotel enhanced significantly. While most guests in 2005 rated customer service as satisfactory or poor, in 2010, a clear majority described this hotel’s service as excellent and good.
In 2005, nearly a half of guests assessed the customer service of this hotel as satisfactory, three times higher compared to the ratio of rating as very poor. 21 percent of the visitors rated this hotel’s service as poor, followed by 14% as good. If we look at the most positive responses, only 5% of guests answered that customer service of Parkway Hotel was excellent, which was at the bottom of the list.
In 2010, this hotel gained much more positive responses compared to in the last 5 years. The excellent and good rates of this hotel’s customer service rose dramatically, by 23% and 25% respectively. The percentage of guests who rated the customer service as satisfactory saw a plunge, from 45% in 2005 to 17% in 2010. The negative responses decreased, with a mere 16% of people rated the customer service as poor and very poor.
