The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010
The pie graphs describe the different between the results of evaluation from Parkway Hotel’s customers in 2005 and 2010. As can be seen from the drawings, there was 45 percent of customers who rated satisfactory service in 2005; after 5 years, it plummeted significantly by nearly 3 times. Fortunately, the amount of good reviews rose considerably from slightly over a tenth to almost 40 percent over the period.
Turning to the others, the number of visitors, who rated excellent service, stood at a lowest percentage in 2005 which was less by approximately a quarter than in 2010 (5 and 28 percent, respectively). Furthermore, the amount of very poor reviews dropped sharply from 15 percent in 2005 to a tiny number in last year of the period.
