The charts below show the results of a survey about what men and women say makes them most happy.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the difference between what males and females chose as the source of happiness. Overall, achievement at work appears in both charts as one of the two highest proportions. It is noticeable that while women take being with family and good appearance as a source of happiness, men replace these two with doing hobbies and supporting a successful sports team.
Regarding women's figure, being with family made up the largest proportion with 37 percent. In contrast, good appearance occupied the least with only 11 percent. Meanwhile, being at the second-highest percentage, achievement at work formed a quarter of the chart, which was more than twice as much as the percentage occupied by financial security (12 percent). Surprisingly other factors only accounted for 15 percent.
Looking at men's portion financial security constituted only 15 percent which was the least. Doing hobbies and supporting a successful sports team recorded 17 percent and 18 percent respectively. Achievement at work and other factors shared the same figure of 25 percent.
