The charts below show the results of a survey of adult education. The first chart shows the reasons why adulta decide to study. The pie chart shows how people think the costs of adult education should be shared.

The figures in the chart show the reasons why adult's want to study and how it should be payed.
Overall, the main factors to study are interest in subject and gaining qualifications. According to the illustration, most people think that studants have to finance their process of learning.
The data suggest that there are a lot of adults that continue their education due to the interest in subjects - 40%, while 38 % prefer gaining qualifications. What is more, 22% have a motivation because of help for current job and the results that are two percent less than the previous one - to improve prospects of promotion and enjoy learning. The last ones are the ability to change jobs and meeting new people (12% and 9%).
It can be clearly observed that 40% of the survay takers suppose that adult education cost have to be paid by individuals, while 38% believe that it should be done by the employers and finally the last option by taxpayers (only 25%).
