The charts below show what UK graduate and postgraduate students who did not go into full-time work did after leaving college in 2008.Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

These bar charts give information about four types of carrier performance in England graduate and postgraduate students after finishing their college studies, other than full time work in 2008. Numbers of students are given in real figures.

Overall, further study is the most preferred carrier selection for both graduate and post graduate students. Furthermore, in general there are about a tenth of students are in postgraduate stream compared to graduate students.
According to the data, as high as 29,665 graduate pupils selected to do further study, and about one tenth of this number, which is 2,725 postgraduates choose to do further study. A similar proportion is observed in groups of unemployment and voluntary work groups as well. While, the former group in graduate and postgraduates were 16,235 and 1625 respectively, the latter group was 3500 and 350 in same order. On the other hand, part time work shows a different pattern and more favored by postgraduates. 17,735 number of graduates wanted to do part time work, this number is almost half the number of their further study group, whereas the part time post graduate number which 2,535 is almost ninety per cent of their counterpart further study group.

In conclusion, working destinations of both groups have similar trend except for voluntary work, which clearly selected by more postgraduates.
