The bar chart illustrates the average number of years spent at school different genders adults during ten years. While the pie chart provides information on the percentage of highest education level in the same time.

Overall, from bar chart it can be seen that the men were always higher than female in the period shown. And from the second chart it is clear that the proportion of highschool qualification was the highest in 2000, whereas the percentage of people qualified by university was the highest in 2010.

In the first two years female spent average of 8 years at school which is the lowest in the category and spent a little higher than that in the rest years, however in 20-04 men were spending average of almost nine years at school, this figure gradually increased in the remain years and reached approximately 12 years in the last years.

Turning to the pie chart, from 2000 to 2010 the percentage of people who qualified by high school, primary school and highschool decreased. While in the same years the proportion of adults who had master and university qualification declined sharply.
