The manifested pie chart, consisting of 4 plots, so that two plots per each town, evinces the fraction of people getting down to miscellaneous parts for two different years in the span of the half-century from 1960.
As can be seen from the upper row of plots, belonging to town A, the percentage of people taken up in the sections of sales and services approximately halved during 50 years, and their fraction became 20% and 16%, respectively. Moreover, the number of people who worked in the part of manufacturing more than doubled and their fraction changed from 29% in 1960 to 64% in 2010.
It can be found that the figure for workers in the service section marginally improved. Furthermore, While the workforce in manufacturing more than doubled from 10% in 1960 to 25% in 2010, the percentage of people hired in the section of sales considerably declined from 70% in 1960 to 53%.
Overall, it can be concluded that notwithstanding the tendency of people towards the section of sales dwindled, the predilection for joining the manufacture improved. On top of those, it is worth mentioning that the people of the two towns indicated different behavior towards the service section.
