At first, flour is transported from storage silos by a truck to the manufacturer.Next, in a mixer, a mixture is produced by adding water and oil. At the next stage, the mixture is passed throughsomerollers to form dough sheets at the following step. At the forth step, some dough strips are produced from dough sheets. The strips are put into noodle disks to be cooked and dried. at the next step, the cooked noodles are then placed into some cups, and vegetables and spices can be added.
