At the first glance, it is clear that the process has 7 stages, beginning with cultivating the sugar cane and ending with drying and cooling.
Firstly, the sugar cane is farmed and nurtured on fields for a period of 12 to 18 months. Then, the farmers can crop through 2 methods, one of which is using specialized machines, the other is harvesting traditionally.
The process of producing is now ready to start. After cutting leaves and cleaning, the sugar cane is crushed to achieved juice by an industrial press. This juice is purified once again by limestone filters to remove residue. The process continues with boiling the juice by high heat until turning into syrup and evaporating all of the water. Next, sugar crystals are separated from the syrup by centrifuge. In the final stage, the crystals are dried and cooled, this only remains sugar.
