The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane

As can be seen from the diagram, the process of manufacturing sugar includes 7 stages from growing sugar cane to sugar product.
The first step is that sugar cane is planted for 12 months to 18 months. After sugar cane grow tall enough and ready for harvesting, famer will harvest them manually or by machines. The following step is that sugar cane is crushed by a machine to product juice sugar. After that, farmer use a limestone filter to purify juice. The next stage is that sugar juice is heated in a stove to evaporate water from juice to make syrup which is a dense liquid with high percentage of sugar in it. After that, people centrifuge syrup to separate crystals and syrup. At this point, sugar crystals are still wet, so they need to be dry and cooling to product final product in the following test. After drying and cooling, we have good sugar products to deliver and sell at markets.
