the diagram depicts the process involes making sugar from sugar canes. From an overall perspective, the process consists of multiple steps, commencing with the growth of sugar canrs and ending with drying and cooling of the final product.
To begin with, sugar canes that undergo 12-18 months can be harvested, either by hands or by machines. After that, harvested sugar canes are crushed and grinded into juice. At this stage, an equipment that has limestone filter is ultilized in order to purify juice.
Subsequently, pure juice is cooked in a hot temperature when juice becomes syrup as a result of evaporation. Next, sugar crystals are collected from syrup by means of centrifuging. The last step includes drying and cooling crystal sugar to the final product.
