The diagram illustrates how ceramic pots are manufactured.

Overall, there are eleven stages in the process of producing ceramic pots, beginning with the collection of raw materials and ending with the production of finished pots.

At the first stage in the manufacturing process of ceramic pots, the raw materials are dug out of the ground by a digger and then transported to a factory by a truck. At the factory, the materials undergo a number of stages. They are first crushed by a special machine into powder which is then mixed with water. After that, the resulting mixture is poured into a mould that has a pre-formed shape of a pot and then left there for four to six hours for drying to create assembled clay pots.

At the next stage of the process, the clay pots created in the previous step are placed in an oven where they are heated at a temperature of 1000˚C. Following this, the pots are coloured and put into a color firing oven before becoming finished pots, ready to be sold.
