Overall, there are many steps in total, beginning with the water and cheese mixture and finishing with the ready-to-be-used soft cheese.
At the beginning of the process, the two main ingredients, which are the water and milk, are mixed together before being cooled at 5 degrees Celsius for 2 hours. Then the mixture is added with salt for the fermentation step.
During this step of the process, the fermented content is left at 35 degrees Celsius during 2 hours. Next it is heated at 100 degrees Celsius in 8 hours; part of the mixture is evaporated as steam. At the end of the process, the mixture is cooled again at 5 degrees Celsius for another 8 hours. There are filters on the opposite sides of the containers. One is for removing the waste water, and the other is for extracting the finished soft cheese.
