The drawing describes how soft cheese is produced in the food industry. Overall, the process consists of 5 steps, which can be organized into 3 main stages including mixing the raw materials, heating the mixture and finally cooling down to obtain the finished product.
The process commences with creating a mixture of fresh water and milk. Then, the substance will be cooled down at a low temperature of approximately 5 degrees Celcius in about 120 minutes to create a special liquid. Subsequently, the liquid will be experienced a heating procedure for 14 hours in total. Fermentation will be carried out first at 35 degrees Celcius in 6 hours, followed by 8 hours of being evaporated by the method of steaming at water boiled point.
After that, the condensed liquid is produced and the second cooling process is implemented at 5 degrees Celcius in 6 hours. Finally, the liquid is filtered to separate the wastewater and the soft cheese, which is the product of the whole process.
