It is clear that there are seven distinct stages in this process, from the initial digging of the clay to the eventual delivery to the purchasers.
At the first stage in the brick manufacturing process, the clay from the area is dug by excavators at fabrics. Then, this clay is placed on the metal grid and separated into small pieces of sand and water, which fall on the roller. Next, the mixture of water and sand is formed in molds, wire cutters, and bricks. The fourth step is to send the whole thing to the drying oven for 24 to 48 hours.
The drying process includes two temperature sets: the moderate, where the bricks are heated up from 200 to 980 degrees centigrade, and the high, where the temperature range varies from 870 to 1300 degrees centigrade. After this, the bricks are cooled for 48 to 72 hours. Finally, the commodities are packed and delivered to their customers.
