The backdrop of this process diagram depicts the manufacturing of brick.
It can be seen that, the process how bricks are manufactured is a multi step linear process which start with digging clay and ending up with delivery to the consumer of it.
Let us commence with the first stage, at the beginning the clay are dug by a digger. Then it shifted into a roller where the metalic ingredients removed from the clay. Next, sand are mixed with water until they became a mixture and after that the mixture shifted to a mould and cut down into pieces as their measured size.
In stage two, the bricks are gone to the drying oven and pass almost 24hrs to 48hrs. After drying the brick in a oven they became ready for burning. They were sent to a kiln where they burn in two specific temperature. When it burned properly the brick are cool down into a cooling chamber for two or three days. Then it packed bu worker and delivered to exact destination of it
