The given process illustrates that how to produce smoked fish to the end customers.
Overall, it can be seen that there are divided into 13 steps which are stored into 3 main stages. Starting from catching fish from the ocean, then it is processing smoked fish, and ending with launching the finished product in the market.
Beginning with fish is captured by fishnet from the sea and is shipped to the port. Meanwhile, all fish should be frozen into an icebox instantly in order to keep them fresh. Before transporting to the land, fish should be thawed, then they washed in freshwater that could be transferred in the next stages.
By the following step, after cleaning all dirty away from fishes which they can cut open later. Nevertheless, they need to be dipped in saltwater along with fish will be in rows inside a container. Subsequently, once again, the smoked fish will be frozen simultaneously and either stored in the warehouse or the store. Eventually, the truck is picking up the products and delivered smoked fish to various retail shops.
